Subsidy from Scheme – RDTC - 5 Cr. and DDTC – 1Cr. INR
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways has launched a scheme for setting up of Regional and District Driving Training Centres (DTCs) to provide quality training to commercial vehicle drivers, improve road and environment safety and strengthen overall mobility on roads. Any entity such as State Undertaking/NGO/Trust/Cooperative Society/Vehicle Manufacturer/Firm etc. i.e. any legal entity registered under a State or Central Government Law are eligible to apply under the scheme.
The Ministry also implements schemes of setting up of Institute of Driving Training & Research (IDTR) and Regional Driving Training Centre (RDTC). So far, a total of 30 IDTR (including erstwhile DTIs) and 5 RDTCs have been sanctioned.
Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India has implemented a Scheme to driver training institutes as title of ‘Scheme for setting up of Driving Training Centres - DTC’. These training institutes will provide state of the art driving skills to people and aware them about the safe drive. These types of institutes will be open in the district as well as division/regional level of states.
Lines International is providing complete customized Detailed Project Report as per requirement. This detailed project report contained site analysis, need assessment, available and proposed infrastructure and planning, project cost and sustainability of the project. It is also described about need assessment of DTC, civil infrastructure planning and details, training assets, equipment’s and accessories, training courses and fees structure about management and technical human resource to be employed, environment aspects, project cost and fund arrangement etc.
Previously our submitted reports to Ministry have been appraised and found very suitable as per scheme norms and require design norms.
सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने वाणिज्यिक वाहन चालकों को गुणवत्ता प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने, सड़क और पर्यावरण सुरक्षा में सुधार और सड़कों पर समग्र गतिशीलता को मजबूत करने के लिए क्षेत्रीय और जिला ड्राइविंग प्रशिक्षण केंद्र (डीटीसी) स्थापित करने के लिए एक योजना शुरू की है। कोई भी संस्था जैसे राज्य उपक्रम/एनजीओ/ट्रस्ट/सहकारी समिति/वाहन निर्माता/फर्म इत्यादि यानी राज्य या केंद्र सरकार के कानून के तहत पंजीकृत कोई कानूनी इकाई योजना के तहत आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र हैं।
मंत्रालय ड्राइविंग प्रशिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्थान (आईडीटीआर) और क्षेत्रीय ड्राइविंग प्रशिक्षण केंद्र (आरडीटीसी) की स्थापना की योजनाओं को भी लागू करता है। अब तक, कुल 30 आईडीटीआर (पूर्ववर्ती डीटीआई सहित) और 5 आरडीटीसी को मंजूरी दी गई है।
सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार ने 'ड्राइविंग प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों की स्थापना के लिए योजना - डीटीसी' शीर्षक के रूप में चालक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के लिए एक योजना लागू की है। ये प्रशिक्षण संस्थान लोगों को अत्याधुनिक ड्राइविंग कौशल प्रदान करेंगे और उन्हें सुरक्षित ड्राइव के बारे में जागरूक करेंगे। इस प्रकार के संस्थान जिले के साथ-साथ राज्यों के संभाग/क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर खुले रहेंगे।
लाइन्स इंटरनेशनल इस क्षेत्र में विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट बनाने का कार्य कर रही है।
इस विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट में साइट विश्लेषण, आवश्यकता मूल्यांकन, उपलब्ध और प्रस्तावित बुनियादी ढांचा और योजना, परियोजना लागत और परियोजना की स्थिरता शामिल थी। इसमें डीटीसी की आवश्यकता के आकलन, नागरिक बुनियादी ढांचे की योजना और विवरण, प्रशिक्षण संपत्ति, उपकरण और सहायक उपकरण, प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रम और प्रबंधन और तकनीकी मानव संसाधन के बारे में शुल्क संरचना, पर्यावरण के पहलुओं, परियोजना लागत और निधि व्यवस्था आदि के बारे में भी वर्णन किया गया है।
हमारे द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट का मूल्यांकन, मंत्रालय द्वारा किया गया एवं उन्हें योजना मापदंडों के अनुसार बहुत हि उपयुक्त पाया गया।
